first time i play this kind of game and it was an extremely good experience. i didn't expect to learn as much about myself as i did while playing this little game. the mechanics are simple but effective and it leaves a lot of room for interpretation. i really liked it, thank you!
This was a really interesting game setup. Played this over a few days - having it broken up into multiple days made it easy to put down and pick up. My tarpit loved pressed and dried flowers, as was also quite pleased with paper/origami flowers. On the other hand, it hated blood - every time I tried it, I got nothing in return.
Made an account just to comment- I played through a game of this solo, using it as a tool to explore one of my characters. Not sure if it was healing or cathartic per se but I did cry quite a bit over the course of the 20 (in game) days. Also, reached 0 on the absolute final day and wasn't sure what to do, so I left it up to a coin flip.
All in all 10/10 experience. Will probably try again, either alone again or with a friend.
I'm so glad you had a fulfilling experience with it!! And I'm super honored you took the time out to make an account to comment, thank you so much! I hope you can have future playthroughs that hit the mark again, too. :)
me and my friends played this and you should know that our tarpit HATED blood and bits of human but absolutely loved ancient memes printed on old printer paper. this is a really cool system, i hope you make more pen and paper games in the future
You have no idea how delighted this comment made and continues to me haha I'm so glad y'all had a good time!!! Thank you so much! I definitely would like to continue making them!

Very fun game! some tweaking, and it could be the backbone for a really in-depth system!
Thank you! I did have some ideas for additions to it, but forced myself to keep things simple to fit within the one page restriction :)
Hi there! I was trying to play your game and I'm a little confused on the instructions. When I eat, what happens to my satiation points?
Thanks for the help! It's a really neat concept.
Nevermind! Saw the 0,1,3. Sorry about that~
No worries! Hope you liked it. :)
